How to edit platform Reminder Dates

After reading this article, you will be able to edit the platform reminder dates sent out before an activities completion date.

  1. Select the "Platform Settings" tab on the left navigation menu.

  2. Select the 'Messages' tab.

  3. On this page, you can set the activity reminder schedules for the first and second reminders on the platform, by default, 3 and 5 days before the due date is set.

  4. Select "Save" once any changes have been made.
