After reading this article, you'll be able to use our broadcast user functionality to message all of the users on your platform!
1. After logging to your "Administration" site, select the "User Management" tab.
2. You can message your entire platform without applying any filters. Alternatively, you can apply filters by using the "Department" filter or searching for specific users.
3. Once you have applied filters (if necessary), select the "Broadcast to Selected Users".
4. Ensure the "SendEmail" filter is ticked if you wish the email to be sent to the user's email as well as their profile. If you don't want an email to be sent, ensure the filter is unticked.
5. After making the necessary changes to the "Broadcast Message" text-box, select "Send Message" to confirm changes.
