      How do I locate a disabled account?

      After reading this article, you'll be able to locate all the disabled accounts on your platform!

      1. After logging in to the “Administration” site, select the “User Management” tab located in the top navigation bar.

      2. Once one the "User Management" tab, untick the "Enabled Users" tick box located in the centre navigation.

      3. You will now be displayed only disabled accounts. To revert your filtering, tick the tick box again to show your enabled accounts.
