What to do if you reach the maximum user allowance?

After reading this post, you will understand what to do when receiving the maximum user allowance warning message and how to go about increasing your limit.

Most customers when set up on METIS will enter a user agreement before going live. This agreed user count will then be used to set a limit of users that can be created on your site.

For accounts that are made as a free trial, you will have received a limit of around 5 users.

When you hit the limit, the warning below will be displayed stating that the limit has been reached reached and no further users can be added to your site.

To address this message, you should get in contact with your account manager and explain the situation and what number of users you would like to increase the limit by.

Your account manager will then be able to increase the limit to your provided number allowing for more users to be created.
