Following the recent release in November 2021, Brand Admin users now have the ability to add media to your administration portal. As mentioned in the above link, you are limited to videos, photos, PDF's and office documents. But, why should you add them?
Including both videos and images on your platform ensure that your front-end users have better user experiences through the platform. Including branded photos or videos ensures your platform is branded closer to your brand guidelines. An example, you could include a "Welcome" banner on the homepage of your platform, or an iframe containing your businesses most recent post to YouTube. Adding company policies to your platform is an easy way to ensure all front-end users can access required policies. It allows users to read these policies at their own pace, and saves emailing round a handful of PDF's! More information on how to upload media can be found here.
